Andy Missan is a highly experienced legal executive with deep expertise in the technology and consumer electronics sectors. Mr. Missan is the current Chief Legal Officer of Automattic Inc., a role he has held since December 2024. Prior to Automattic, he served as Chief Legal Officer of Archer Aviation from 2021 to 2024. From 2013 to 2021, Mr. Missan was a key legal leader at Fitbit Inc., culminating in his role as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary until the company’s acquisition by Google. 

His extensive career includes serving as Vice President and General Counsel for several prominent technology companies, including Bytemobile, Inc. (2009–2012), MobiTV, Inc. (2005–2008), Danger, Inc. (2001–2004), and ReplayTV, Inc. (2000–2001). Earlier, he held senior legal and business affairs positions at RCA Records/BMG Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment Inc. 

Mr. Missan holds a B.A. in government from Oberlin College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he was a Note & Comment Editor on the Northwestern University Law Review.

Ken Goldman is a distinguished financial leader and seasoned public company director. Mr. Goldman is the former President of Hillspire, a family office management company. His executive career includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo!, Inc. (2012–2017) where he was responsible for all global finance functions. Prior to Yahoo!, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO of Fortinet, Inc. (2007–2012) and held similar roles at Siebel Systems, Inc. (2000–2006). During his career, he was instrumental in taking three companies public as CFO: VLSI, Excite@Home, and Fortinet. 

In addition, Mr. Goldman has extensive experience in corporate governance, having served on over 40 corporate boards as director, audit committee chairman, and financial advisor, helping over ten companies go public during his tenure. He currently serves on the boards of public companies, including Fortinet and RingCentral, and various private and non-profit organizations. Mr. Goldman is highly active in financial regulation advisory, currently serving on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board's (PCAOB's) Investor Advisor Group (IAG) Committee and formerly serving on the PCAOB's Standing Advisory Group (SAG) and the Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession. He is an Emeritus Trustee of Cornell University and is a Member of the Hoover Institution Board of Overseers. 

Mr. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Steve Ciesinski is an experienced technology operator and advisor known for turning advanced research into market-shaping products, ventures, and global partnerships. As the former President of SRI International—the $500M R&D institute behind breakthroughs like Siri, the computer mouse, telerobotic medical devices, and natural-language speech technologies—Mr.Ciesinski led teams that transformed deep technology into commercial platforms while helping launch multiple venture-backed companies each year. 

He previously held senior leadership positions at Applied Materials, Octel Communications, and Resumix, managing P&L, guiding global expansion, product innovation, and scaling across diverse technology markets. 

Mr.Ciesinski is the founder of Vencrest Partners, investing in international companies applying AI/ML, robotics, advanced materials, and other deep-tech solutions to business and societal challenges. He serves on multiple boards and continues to mentor entrepreneurs worldwide as a longtime lecturer at Stanford ‘s Graduate School of Business.

Mr.Ciesinski holds a BSEE and AB from Union College, and an MBA from Stanford University.
